Hotel regulations

§ 1 DEFINITIONS

In these rules, the following terms have the following meanings:

  1. „Guest”- means any individual using the services of the Hotel.
  2. „Hotel” - means Hotel Wernera Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Szklarska Poręba,
  3. ul. Armii Krajowej 9, entered in the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 9th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS no.: 0000329863, NIP: 6912438545, REGON: 020980550, share capital: PLN 5,000.00.
  4. „Civil Code” - means the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2014, No. 121, j.t.).
  5. „Reception” - means the reception desk of the Hotel.
  6. „Terms and Conditions” - means these Hotel Regulations.

§ 2 SUBJECT MATTER

  1. The Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the provision of services, liability and stay in the Hotel and are an integral part of the accommodation contract between the Guest and the Hotel.
  2. The rules and regulations apply to all Guests staying on the Hotel premises.
  3. The Terms and Conditions are available at any time at the Hotel Reception, and can be made available to the Guest when completing the check-in card. It can also be found in each hotel room and on the Hotel's website: https://villawernera.pl/.

§ 3 HOTEL DAY

  1. A room in the hotel is rented for the day.
  2. Check-in time is from 15:00 to 11:00 the following day.
  3. If the Guest does not specify the length of stay, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one night.
  4. If the Hotel Guest wishes to extend their stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, they should notify the Reception by 10:00 a.m. of the day on which the room rental period expires.
  5. The hotel takes into account requests to extend your stay as far as possible.

§ 4 GUEST'S STAY AT THE HOTEL

  1. The basis for the Guest's accommodation in the Hotel is the presentation of an identity document with a photograph to the employee at the Reception and the signing of the check-in card.
  2. The hotel guest may not sublet or lend the room to third parties.
  3. Persons not registered at the Hotel may stay in the hotel room from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
  4. Silence is enforced in the Hotel from 22:00 to 6:00.
  5. The Hotel may refuse to accommodate a Guest who, during a previous stay, has grossly violated the Rules, causing damage to hotel property or Guests or damage to the Guest, Hotel employees or other persons staying at the Hotel, or who has otherwise disrupted the peaceful stay of Guests or the operation of the Hotel.
  6. The hotel accepts pets for an additional fee.

§ 5 HOTEL SERVICES

  1. The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard. If you have any concerns about the quality of service, please report them to the Reception as soon as possible so that we can respond promptly.
  2. The hotel is required to provide:
    1. conditions for full and unhindered relaxation of the guest,
    2. security of the stay, including maintaining the confidentiality of Guest information,
    3. professional and courteous service,
    4. to clean the room and carry out the necessary repairs to the facilities during the Guest's absence and, if the Guest is present only if he or she agrees and wishes, to provide another room if possible or otherwise alleviate the inconvenience if the defects in the room cannot be rectified.
  3. At the guest's request, the Hotel provides the following services free of charge:
    1. to provide residence and travel-related information,
    2. wake-up call at the appointed time,
    3. storage of money and valuables during the Guest's stay at the Hotel,
    4. storage of luggage of guests staying at the hotel.

§ 6 LIABILITY OF VISITORS

  1. The Hotel Guest shall be held financially liable for any damage or destruction of the Hotel's furnishings and technical equipment caused by the Guest or his/her visitors.
  2. Each time the Guest leaves the room, he/she should check the door lock and leave the key
    at the Reception. If the Guest loses the key, the Hotel has the right to charge the Guest 50,00 PLN for the replacement of the door cylinder.
  3. If a Guest blatantly disobeys the Hotel's rules or by his/her inappropriate behaviour hinders the stay of other Guests, the Hotel may refuse to provide services to the offending person. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the Hotel's demands, pay for the services rendered so far, cover the costs of any damages and leave the Hotel.
  4. The Hotel shall have a statutory right of lien on the property brought by the Guest to the Hotel in the event of late payment of the stay or non-payment for the services provided by the Hotel.

§ 7 LIABILITY OF THE HOTEL

  1. The hotel is liable for loss of or damage to items brought in by parties using its services to the extent set out in the provisions of Articles 846-849 of the Civil Code.
  2. The Hotel's liability for loss of or damage to money, securities, valuables or objects of scientific or artistic value is limited in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code if such objects are not deposited with the Hotel at the Reception.
  3. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept high-value items, large sums of money, items that pose a security risk and bulky items that cannot be placed in the hotel depository.
  4. Guests should notify Reception of any damage as soon as it becomes apparent.
  5. To ensure the safety and security of the property, the Facility is monitored.
  6. Personal effects left by the departing Guest in the hotel room will be sent back to the address indicated by the Guest at the Guest's expense. If no such instruction is received, the Hotel will store these items for 1 year from the date of the Guest's request to collect the items, or, if such a request is not possible, 2 years from the date the items are found. After the expiry of the aforementioned periods, the items left by the Guest will become the property of the Hotel.

§ 8 ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

  1. For fire safety reasons, it is prohibited to use heaters, electric irons and other similar appliances that are not hotel room equipment in the rooms.
  2. Pursuant to the Act of 9 July 1995 on health protection against the consequences of using tobacco and tobacco products (Journal of Laws of 1996, No. 10, item 55), smoking is prohibited on the premises of the entire Hotel. Notwithstanding the provisions of the aforementioned law, should the hotel staff discover that this provision has been violated, the Hotel has the right to charge the Guest's account with the amount of PLN 500.00.
  3. The hotel does not accept animals. In exceptional cases, it is possible to accommodate guests with small dogs (up to 5 kg) by prior arrangement with the Hotel Reception. In this case, additional charges will be added.
  4. Hazardous cargo - weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive and illuminating materials - may not be stored in hotel rooms.
  5. Canvassing and door-to-door sales are prohibited throughout the Hotel.
  6. The Hotel Guest has the right to lodge a complaint in the event of noticing any deficiencies in the quality of services provided by the Hotel. Complaints should be filed at the Reception immediately after noticing any deficiencies in the standard of services provided or at the following e-mail address: [email protected].
