§.1 General Provisions
The data controller is HOTEL WERNERA Sp. z o.o., ul. Armii Krajowej 9, 58-580 Szklarska Poręba. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and data are stored on secured servers.
For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Regulations shall apply. For better readability of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with “You”, and “Administrator” with “We”. The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
We respect the right to privacy and care about data security. For this purpose, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used.

§2. Data Controller
Personal data are processed:
- in accordance with personal data protection regulations,
- in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
- to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, define the content of, amend or terminate the Agreement and to properly provide electronic services,
- to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests, provided that such processing does not infringe the rights and freedoms of the data subject:
Every data subject, if we are the controller of their data, has the right to access their data, rectify, erase or restrict processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We have implemented data encryption and access control, thereby minimizing the effects of any possible data security breach.
Personal data are processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate.
§3. Cookies
The website https://villawernera.pl uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser software on the user’s computer. When the browser reconnects to the website, the website recognizes the type of device used by the user. The parameters allow the information contained in them to be read only by the server that created them. Cookies therefore make it easier to use previously visited websites.

The collected data are used to monitor and check how users use our website in order to improve the functioning of the service and provide more efficient and trouble-free navigation. We monitor user information using Google Analytics, which records user behavior on the website.
Cookies identify the user, which allows the content of the website used by the user to be tailored to their needs. By remembering user preferences, cookies allow advertisements addressed to the user to be appropriately adjusted. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience of our service, and the collected data are used only internally to optimize our activities.
