§.1 General Provisions

The data controller is HOTEL WERNERA Sp. z o.o., ul. Armii Krajowej 9, 58-580 Szklarska Poręba. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and data are stored on secured servers.

For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Regulations shall apply. For better readability of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with “You”, and “Administrator” with “We”. The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

We respect the right to privacy and care about data security. For this purpose, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used.

§2. Data Controller

Personal data are processed:

• to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests, provided that such processing does not infringe the rights and freedoms of the data subject:

Personal data are processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate.

§3. Cookies

By remembering user preferences, cookies allow advertisements addressed to the user to be appropriately adjusted. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience of our service, and the collected data are used only internally to optimize our activities.
