Privacy policy
§.1 General provisions
The data administrator is HOTEL WERNERA Sp. z o.o. 9 Armii Krajowej Street, 58-580 Szklarska Poręba. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and data storage takes place on secured servers.
For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of Terms and Conditions shall apply. For the purpose of a better perception of the Privacy Policy, the term „User” is replaced by „you”, „Administrator” by „us”. The term „RODO” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
We respect the right to privacy and take care of data security. For this purpose, we use, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).

§2 Data controller
Personal data is processed:
- in accordance with data protection legislation,
- in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
- to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the establishment, formation of the content of the Agreement, modification or termination thereof and the proper performance of the Services provided by electronic means,
- to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the fulfilment of legitimate interests (legitimate purposes) and the processing does not prejudice the rights and freedoms of the data subject:
Every data subject (if we are the data controller) has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The deletion of personal data may take place as a result of the withdrawal of consent or the lodging of a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
The Service Provider shall not make personal data available to entities other than those authorised by the relevant legislation.

Personal data is processed only by persons authorised by us or by processors with whom we work closely.
§3 Cookies

We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of comfort on our website, and the data collected is only used internally to optimise operations.
