Hotel Rules

§ 1 DEFINITIONS

In these Regulations, the following terms shall have the meanings specified below:

  1. “Guest” – means any natural person using the Hotel’s services.
  2. “Hotel” – means Hotel Wernera Limited Liability Company with its registered office in Szklarska Poręba,
  3. ul. Armii Krajowej 9, entered into the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 9th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000329863, NIP: 6912438545, REGON: 020980550, share capital: PLN 5,000.00.
  4. “Civil Code” – means the Act of 23 April 1964 – Civil Code.
  5. “Reception” – means the Hotel reception desk.
  6. “Regulations” – means these Hotel Regulations.

§ 2 SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS

  1. The Regulations specify the rules for the provision of services, liability, and staying on the Hotel premises and constitute an integral part of the accommodation agreement between the Guest and the Hotel.
  2. The Regulations apply to all Guests staying on the Hotel premises.
  3. The Regulations are available at all times at the Hotel Reception and may be provided to the Guest when completing the registration card. They are also available in every hotel room and on the Hotel’s website: https://villawernera.pl/.

§ 3 HOTEL DAY

  1. Hotel rooms are rented on a daily basis.
  2. The hotel day lasts from 3:00 PM until 11:00 AM the following day.
  3. If the Guest has not specified the duration of the stay, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one hotel day.
  4. A request to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should be reported to the Reception by 10:00 AM on the day the room rental period expires.
  5. The Hotel shall consider requests for extending the stay subject to availability.

§ 4 GUEST STAY AT THE HOTEL

  1. The basis for accommodating a Guest at the Hotel is presenting a photo ID to the Reception staff and signing the registration card.
  2. The Guest may not sublet or lend the room to third parties.
  3. Unregistered persons may stay in hotel rooms from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  4. Quiet hours apply in the Hotel from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
  5. The Hotel may refuse accommodation to a Guest who, during a previous stay, grossly violated the Regulations by causing damage to hotel property or property of other Guests, causing personal injury to Guests, Hotel staff, or other persons staying at the Hotel, or otherwise disturbing the peaceful stay of Guests or the operation of the Hotel.
  6. The Hotel accepts pets for an additional fee.
